Orders placed on our website are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

The delivery time for your order depends on your shipping location. Here are the estimated shipping times:

• Local Shipping (within Nairobi): 1-2 business days
• Regional Shipping (outside Nairobi): 2-4 business days
• National Shipping (East Africa outside Kenya): 4-7 business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and could vary due to factors beyond our control or unforeseen delays in the shipping process.

After you make your order, our team will contact you to advise on applicable shipping fees. Please note that shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping location and the weight of your order.

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders above Ksh 20,000. This promotion is applicable to orders being shipped within Nairobi.

Please note that free shipping may not apply to certain oversized bulky items.
