Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns and process refunds for the following scenarios:

– Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, we are committed to replacing it or issuing a refund. Please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the product.

– Incorrect Products: If you received a product different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us within 15 days of receiving the product for a replacement.

Return Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your return as follows:

– Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a defect, damage or incorrect product, you will be allowed to exchange the product only within a period of 15 days after purchasing the product.

Conditions of Returns:

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

– Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

– Products must be in the same condition as they were purchased (including manuals, accessories and packaging)

– A copy of the original invoice, receipt or packing slip must be included with the return to verify the product.


Please note that certain items are not be eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Electronic products (All our electronic products are thoroughly tested before dispatch)
